- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your minimum 50% deposit.
- The balance is due a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival.

General Cancellation Fees:
- At least 14 days notice before arrival date, full refund minus any bank charges.
- At least 3 days notice booked arrival date, 50% refund minus any bank charges.
- 3 or less days notice before arrival date, no refund.
- At least 14 days or more before the booked event, 50% refund minus any bank charges.
- NO REFUND if cancellation is within 14 days of the first day of the booked event.
